Everyone who knows me well know that I strongly dislike exercising. But in this past year, I have found something I really like!

That is pilates. Although lately I've been lacking on that side as well since work has torn me a bit.
But today I grabbed my mat, rolled it out and began.
A bit sweaty afterwards, but I feel totally re-freshed!
You don't need a lot of space or time. A room, as small as mine is plenty and 30 minutes is all it takes.
Perfect for a non-exercise person like me *laughs*
