I LIKE FRENCH TOAST

Anyone else except me that is a huge fan of french toast? I'm thinking of making it for breakfast for my mother and fresh smoothie on Sunday (because it's Mother's Day in Sweden).

 

Then, I decided to share my favorite french toast recipe with you all! What you need is:

*eggs

*plain yoghurt

*honey

*cardamom and cinnamon

*butter

*white bread

First mix the 2eggs and approx. 1/2 cup yogurt. Add cinnamon, cardamon and honey as you like.

Fry it with butter to golden brown color. Done!

Quick, easy and yummie!

Today has been a great day!

It began with a very tired me, but after some coffee I finally woke up *laughs*

At the same time AC-DC kept me awake on the train...

So Monday began quite nice, I hope that tomorrow will be as nice (￣▽+￣*)

 

I just need to tell myself that I'm a superwoman, I can do this.

I've been awake for almost a hour now, my train will be leaving in approx 40minutes.

I'm so sleepy! *laughs*

I need coffee, right now.

Or I want to be like Abbey Lee in the picture...sleeping...

But duty calls, today is Monday which means that I have the whole weekends reports and bookkeeping to do as well. Wish me luck!

DIFFERENT TYPES OF BEIGE

Since I got the pics from W yesterday, I might as well upload some of them.

I've been so lazy with the outfit pics lately (probably because of work...you know, the dresscode is black, so I thought that it would be boring to see me wearing a suit all day *laughs*)

Anyway, this is in Saltjöbaden by the water (yes, the special place were my man proposed).

I've been using my trench from H&M Divided a lot recently. It works so well for work and casual occasions.

I had some time this afternoon so I decided to make a small collage of W's recent trip to Sweden.

It's approx three months left here in Sweden for me, my new adventure will begin in Japan in September.

To be honest I'm quite nervous.

Will I manage all the changes in my life?

At least I know that I will not be alone, since he will be by my side.

Since I'm on shopstop right now (because of someone!) I've been updating through online shops instead. This beautiful powder pink and beige blazer/jacket is from Gina Tricot.

It feels so Chloe:ish. Love the sharp shoulders, belt in waist and 3/4 arms.

It's times like this I wonder why it's black and white dresscode in work *laughs*

H&M never stops surprising me with great budget colors. Today while looking for a new suit, this little darling caught my attention.

It looks almost too delicious for the nails.

Luv the cathy name, "Latte 2 Go". Although I prefer simple black coffee without sugar or milk.

I would call this hot cocoa instead of latte *laughs*

Oh right, I was really looking forward to 8hours of full sleep tomorrow, but it seems like my little brother is going to compete in kendo (Japanese sport? art?) in Linköping. So I'll be preparing his bento (lunchbox) tomorrow and cheer him o(^▽^)o
